I Learned the Hard Way, So You Don’t Have To
When I started in the estate sale business, there was no roadmap. I made mistakes, lost money, and learned one exhausting sale at a time. Over the years, I built systems that actually worked: ways to price items so they sell quickly, marketing strategies that bring in crowds, and a contract that protects me from doing unpaid work.
This course is everything I wish I’d had when I was starting out — all the lessons, checklists, and real-world tools organized step-by-step so you can avoid the trial-and-error phase entirely.

Course Reviews
"My Background: I worked for a husband and wife company for about 8 years. They mostly did auctions online but besides that everything is the same as an estate sale. They are hugely successful in the business and taught me everything. I started my own company last August which offers both.
1. The value for cost was fair. If I did not have the training I did I would have HAD to take the course. Like I said, the company who trained me is wildly successful over almost 40 years and your course was pretty much identical.
2. The course was very easy to move through. It was very similar to the FL/GA transfer real estate study guide course I took by Pearson.
3. It was everything I needed and expected. Estatesales.net changed everything for me once I discovered it a few months before we connected. It was a savior. I think you could really hammer that a little more. It is the most important part for me. Another thing is maybe discuss how to locate or create contracts. If I did not have some auctioneer friends to reach out to when I started I would have been in trouble. The process of decluttering, unpacking, and seeing what is there to sell is second nature to me by now. If I were new, the course did a good job of teaching but I think I would still be a little unsure. (Although that really takes experience to learn.) Maybe a few extra videos of what a sale looks like when it is done being cataloged but before the sale starts. (side note - I added this to the course because of his review!)
4. I thought that the course was a nice length. I enjoyed the short multiple lessons instead of long boring ones. It was very easy to stay focused between lessons.
5. I learned quite a bit of new things. The contract section taught me quite a bit of options that I have never thought of before. I think this would fill many gaps for someone new to the business. Personally, I do not think the internet is super helpful in getting this information aside from possibly youtube. I also thought the section about payments was helpful because there are so many different options. Another part I found interesting was the section about deciding how big of a dollar amount is worth it. I thought I was the only one who paid attention to the average caliber of sales in my area.
As a whole, I think this is just what someone needs to start an estate sale company.
